💼 Freshman Seminar students at Mills High School had the chance to practice real‑world skills in mock job interviews with volunteers from the Pulaski County Bar Association.
📝 Students prepared resumes, learned interview strategies, and put their new skills into action. The volunteers were impressed with their professionalism and potential!

This week, we’re spotlighting Mrs. Stephanie DeWitt’s kindergarten class at William Jefferson Clinton Elementary. Students recently completed an AVID jigsaw activity on story elements. Each group became “experts” on characters, setting, beginning, middle, or end, and then taught their classmates what they learned.

“It’s been wonderful watching them collaborate, think critically, and deepen their understanding of how stories work! Way to go, scholars,” Mrs. DeWitt shared.
